HEALTH- Those stuborn five pounds!

Miami Carnival 2012 is in one week and I've put on 5lbs and I have to fit into this costume!

As of today I'm on a very tight regiment:
EATS: Fruits, veggies, fish, turkey, organic rice cakes, Laughing Cow low fat cheese, and lots of water!
WORKOUT (Up at 4am on work days!) : Alternate daily pilates with weights and step with weights
SUPPLEMENTS: Coconut Oil capsules
